Embassy Suites, Glendale

OWEN Group is the Architect/Engineer of record on Embassy Suites Hotel project located at 800 No. Central, Glendale, California (on the east side of Central Avenue between Burchett Street and Arden Avenue). The project is a twelve-story, 272-suite, full-service, high-rise hotel. The facility includes: an atrium, meeting/conference space, lounge/restaurant facility, gift shop, deli, and back-of-house functions and spaces. Supporting the hotel is a three-level subterranean parking structure for approximately 350 vehicles.

Embassy Suites, La Quinta

OWEN Group is the Structural Engineer of Record for this new hotel project. The project consists of two wings. The West Wing is 4-story high with rooms for suites. The other wing is the 4-story Main Building. The first floor is used for conference room, lobby, spa and other amenities. The rooms are located on 2 floor to 4th floor. The atrium is 4 story high with large sky lights. Total square footage is 152,622. It is an occupancy R-1 and Type II construction, PT slab and shear wall systems is being used. The project is located at 50777 Santa Rosa Plaza, La Quinta, 92253.
