Sea View Collection is a 120 sq. ft. condominium-apartment loft develoment in the city of Santa Monica. The project is spread over five lots and is comprised of 79 units of two and three bedroom lofts, condominiums and town homes ranging from 950 to 2,500 sq. ft. in size. The project is envisioned as an urban village both in its master plan and the overall architectural massing.
